Grass-fed beef, lovingly raised in Highvale – get to you know your food and your farmer by buying local beef.
The Beef is professionally slaughtered and packed by Brisbane Valley Meats, in Esk. You will need to be available to collect your meat on the designated pick up day.
A multi-kilo order comes with a selection of cuts that include three grades of beef:
A) T-Bone, Rump, Rib Fillet (steaks)
B) Round, Topside, Silverside, Roasts, Y-Bone, Blade (roasts and stir-fry beef)
C) Brisket, Mince, Sausages, Chuck Steak
You can also order extra cuts/offal in the Beef products. This includes: Soup bones, Bone broth bones, Tongue, Heart, Liver, Kidney, Tail and Beef cheeks.
Pick up only on the dates indicated – July 2019 date to be confirmed.
